Parachute Cord PIA-C-5040 Type 2 Mil-Spec Paracord Orange 400 lb Strength

Used for military troop parachutes like the T-10, Type 2 parachute cord is the little brother to the more common Type 3 cord often called 550.  5col Survival Supply Type 2 nylon parachute cord has five core strands, including the load-bearing marker strand.  Additionally, it has a black marker yarn braided into the outer sleeve that helps visually differentiate it from Type 3 or Type 4.  Our Type 2 paracord is also an excellent all-around utility cord.
